About My Lamps

Quality Construction
All parts used in the construction of the lamps are UL listed (sockets, cords, switches, plugs, etc.) If your lamp needs to be UL approved for installation by an electrician it can be wired by a UL shop for an additional charge.

Care of Lamps
Metal Lamps: Use a 25 W torpedo bulb. The beads can be cleaned with a slightly damp toothbrush. The copper ornaments are coated with an acrylic sealer so just dust gently.

Paper Lamps: Use a 60 w compact florescent bulb or a 40 W incandescent bulb. The compact florescents are ideal, much cooler, use less energy and last longer. The paper has been coated with a gel medium UV protectant, but as with any work of art on paper, please keep out of the direct sunlight.

My studio is located on Fremont Ave. N. between 34th and 35th. Go down the alley between Sonic Boom and Tawon Thai. There is a gate at the end of the brick building. Go down the stairs. My studio is the second door on the left. I am directly under the new Sonic Boom.

So come on down and see one of Seattle's most beautiful, groovy and well lit artist studios in Seattle, at least in this center of the universe.

Studio Rental

The studio is available to rent for very special occasions. Great place for a cocktail party, a meeting or musical event. We recently had a party for jazz singer Dorothy Rodes where she performed and celebrated her birthday. P.S. Junker girl that I am i will on occasion have other stuff to sell besides lamps. You never know.
